We occasionally offer high quality breeding or show stock
to other serious breeders or 4-H/FFA members.

By purchasing a bunny from LapLop Rabbitry you have agreed to this Sales Policy.

Lifetime Policies

When buying from LapLop Rabbitry, you gain lifetime support and guidance from us. We believe in what we have accomplished and are happy to answer any questions you have over the lifetime of your rabbit.
If at any time you decide to sell a rabbit purchased from LapLop Rabbitry, we must be notified and given first right of refusal. _____________________Please sign here.

SALES Policy

Prices of rabbits will vary based on quality, type, age, color, show history, registration, sex and reproductive ability
Rabbits sold as “show quality” mean that they are able to be shown and have no disqualifications. LapLop Rabbitry does not guarantee any wins.
Show quality rabbits will be priced at $200 and up. Brood quality rabbits are $100 and up. 4-H or Youth rabbits may receive a discount.
You are responsible for evaluating your new rabbit for disqualifications or other unwanted characteristics upon delivery or pickup. If you are not satisfied with the rabbit at the time of pickup, deposit will be refunded in full if the rabbit is returned. However, we will not refund or exchange rabbits for any reason, after they leave our care.

General Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny.
Rabbits will not leave our rabbitry until paid in full.
LapLop Rabbitry reserves the right to cancel a sale for any reason at our sole discretion. If we choose to cancel a sale, your deposit will be returned in full.
LapLop Rabbitry reserves the right to refuse a sale of any rabbit to any one, at any time, for any reason.
We do not offer refunds for rabbits returned or surrendered to us. We will take a rabbit back for re-homing at our discretion.
We will not knowingly sell a rabbit as a show rabbit with a disqualifying defect.
If you discover a disqualification within seven days of purchase, we will refund your money with the return of the rabbit.
If you violate the sales policy LapLop Rabbitry has the right to purchase back the rabbit at the purchase price.
We do not offer stud service to our bucks but, on occasion, if you are purchasing a doe from us and would like that doe bred to one of our bucks, we might agree to do so and will negotiate that arrangement.

Health Guarantee

We take the health of our rabbits very seriously and all animals are thoroughly examined for heath prior to sale.
All animals at the time of sale, to the best of our knowledge, are healthy and free of disease or illness when they leave our rabbitry.

Showing Policy

All rabbits offered for sale will have the “LapLop’s” prefix as part of their name. All sale rabbits have already been named, tattooed and entered in our record system. Under no circumstance is it acceptable for the name of LapLop rabbits to be altered. Any rabbit sold must retain both its original “LapLop’s” prefix and the exact name I provided. In special cases where LapLop Rabbitry is the breeder and the owner of the buck and we breed the doe before selling her, LapLop will still be the prefix on any babies born. If you purchase a buck and a doe from us and subsequently produce litters, you will be free to use your rabbitry name on resulting offspring.
We cannot and do not guarantee show wins.
When you accept a LapLop Rabbit you agree that you have determined that the quality is as described. We strive to be transparent and honest in all transactions, however your acceptance of our rabbit signifies that you agree with our assessments. There is no guarantee on the sex, color, size, reproduction ability, genetic defects or show future on any rabbits. This is ultimately your responsibility to determine the suitability of the said rabbit for your purposes.
We do not sell to minors. If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult.
There is no guarantee on the sex of a kit. We do our best to determine the gender, however the juniors are small and mistakes can be made.

Shipping Policy

We will cooperate with transporters. However it is your duty to arrange and pay for the transport. If at anytime our delivery to the transporter is more than an hour of our time, you may be responsible for additional handling charges to LapLop Rabbitry.
We are happy to transport a rabbit/s to a show or event that we are already scheduled to attend. We attend many shows, so please check with us to see if we are coming to a show near you.

I, _______________________________________, agree and understand LapLop Rabbitry’s Policy and will abide by this policy when associating with Laplop Rabbitry and its rabbits. I understand that if, for any reason, I violate this policy LapLop Rabbitry has the right to purchase back any and all rabbits sold to me from LapLop Rabbitry at a fair market value or the purchase price, whichever is less.

RHDV2 has changed the entire rabbit industry.

As of September 2020, LAPLOP RABBITRY will implement the following protocol for all rabbit sales.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, our entire herd of eligible rabbits has been vaccinated against RHDV2 with FILIVAC. Eligible rabbits are 10 weeks and older.
We will not sell an unvaccinated rabbit for any out of state destination.
You are invited to visit our biosecure Rabbitry in Loveland, Colorado, to personally pick up any rabbit/s you purchase. (BTW Colorado is a great vacation destination!)
Under all circumstances you are expected to quarantine your purchase for 14 days.
Rabbits can be delivered to shows that we attend. Normally Holland Lop and American Fuzzy Lop Nationals and ARBA Convention each year. We also attend many other shows in our region
